World Strings Day: Making A Wish

Dear members,

Thank you for signing up for the upcoming World String’s Day event. This is a friendly reminder that the WSD event is happening this Saturday, 25th March. As we look forward to this event, here are some key details for you at hand:

Reporting at Link bridge between Marina Square - Millenia Walk (refer the picture below)
Please ensure that you arrive on time and are dressed appropriately in your attire.

• The attire for the musicians on event day will be:
  1. Red WSD T-shirt
  2. Long pants / Jeans
  3. Covered shoes

• Please remember to bring (for all musicians):
  1. Instrument
  2. Music Stand
  3. Music scores with folders/clips for the 3 pieces that we will be performing during the rehearsal
• Additional (for Cellists only):
  1. Stopper
  *Cellist chairs will be provided by us.

• Wet Weather:
  Please note that wet weather contingency plans will be decided by 5.30pm. In case of wet weather, the event will be moved indoors to Millennia Walk Shopping Mall. There will be staff members designated to direct the musicians in a safe and orderly manner to the next area.

*By attending the event, all members of the WSD agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the GSF and its representatives from any and all claims, damages, or injuries, whether to persons or property, arising from or in connection with the event. Members are solely responsible for their own safety and the safety of their property while attending the event.

By attending the event, members of the WSD acknowledge that they have read and understand this clause and agree to be bound by its terms.
