A two-day journey of music, fun, and learning. Stand as one of the 400 musicians, from serenading the harmony of 'Mr. Blue Sky' and 'Home' to the timeless elegance of 'Mozart Divertimento in F.' Delight in the enchanting melodies and captivating performances at the Fountain of Wealth, Suntec City. These musical moments will stay with you forever and leave an unforgettable impression.

Global Unity
WSD brings together orchestras from around the world, coming together as one under the banner of the Global Youth Orchestra (GYO). By participating, you'll be a part of a mass musical ensemble featuring 400 talented global musicians. This is a chance to celebrate unity, diversity, and the universal language of music.

Skill Development
As a participant, you'll receive music scores and audio tracks of ‘Home’ & ‘Mozart Divertimento in F’ for practice. This opportunity allows you to enhance your musical abilities, improve your playing skills, and expand your repertoire. The strings ensemble masterclass session, led by a renowned professor, will provide valuable insights and guidance to take your talent to new heights.

Recognition and Certification
 WSD is organised in collaboration with the Global Strings Federation and Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music, NUS. By joining this event, you'll receive a certificate jointly issued by these prestigious institutions. It's a recognition of your dedication and accomplishment, showcasing your commitment to music.

How to register for this event?

Step 1:

Log in to your GSF account to register for the event.

- If you don't have an account, sign up for a free one.

Step 2: invitation code "WSDGYO23"

a) For organisation members - Apply the invitation code from your person-in-charge to waive your event fee.

b) To avail of a waived event fee for members who are not participating in the orchestra masterclass on August 5, please ensure to apply the invitation code "WSDGYO23" during registration for World Strings Day.

c) If you are interested in participating in the two-day World Strings Day event and the orchestra masterclass, please proceed with the payment of $50 through paypal or bank transfer SGD50 (for orchestra masterclass only) as below detail:

Step 3:
